Welcome to CentsAble Stewardship! I am so excited you have stopped by and I hope you find this site to be a huge resource in teaching and helping you to save money in just about every area of your life. From grocery shopping, using coupons, Restaurant savings, shopping retail & online retail, to investing your money wisely, saving money, learning to cut back on splurges, and so many other great ways become a better steward of your money.
There is so much to explore on this site, that I thought it might be a good idea to give you some tips on where to look, what you're looking for, and how.
First of all, this is the best place to start :). Even more so to keep up with all the great deals/steals you will find on this site, I highly recommend you follow me either on Facebook or Twitter.
I would then recommend you head on over to the 'About' page, where you can learn more about me and this site in general. After viewing the About page, you should creep on over to 'The Coupon Strategy', where you will receive a brief overview on how coupons work and how to use them more effectively and efficiently.
After your overview of coupons you will want to read my series on 'Stockpiling 101'. Here, you'll learn a whole new way of shopping and increasing your savings at the grocery store that much more. You will definately want to pay close attention to one of the 'Tuesday's Topics' on Stockpiling. Where you will learn how to begin stockpiling and making your grocery list with coupons in mind. This will show you the simplest and easiest way to digging your heels into couponing and stockpiling.
Finally, after you manage to get through all of that information. Head on over to 'The Savings Connection', where you can link up with blogs that bring you savings to your particular stores. My suggestion is find the blogs that interest you and bring you the best information that you are looking for. Once you find one or two blogs (besides, of course, CentsAble Stewardship) you will want to follow along, either via email, facebook, or twitter. Please be sure when you stop by and begin following to let them know that I sent you, thanks!
CentsAble Stewardship will bring you daily ways of saving, and teach you how to cut your grocery bill by up to 80%. Every day a new Weekly Topic will be discussed (CentsAble Budget Report, Tuesday's Topic, CentsAble Investments, CentsAble Giving, & Frugal Fridays). We will also go outside of just saving at the grocery store, but learning to save everywhere (including but not limited to restaurants, retail shopping, online shopping, ect...).
My goal is to teach you to be frugal without being cheap. I don't believe that you have to buy cheap, poor quality items to be frugal. There are great ways of saving and still purchasing high quality items for you and your loved ones.
Other areas of the site to check out, if you look to the right you will see lots of great resources. Go ahead and click through those, you'll find lots of useful information to help you get on your way to spending less, saving abundantly, and having more than ever before!
Finally - there are a few online sites I strongly encourage that all of my readers should sign up for immediately. These sites will help you along the way of continually saving money and purchasing items for dirt cheap or FREE!
Swagbucks - A search engine (like google or yahoo) that gives you rewards, just for searching the web. Completely FREE and completely worth your time. Intro to Swagbucks
ShopAtHome- A site that pays you for shopping online. You will earn a certain percentage from thousands of national stores and online stores, just by shopping through ShopAtHome. It's a great way to receive an extra discount for stores you would normally shop.
Ebates- Same idea as ShopAtHome, just a competitor site to ShopAtHome. Receive a certain percentage from thousands of national and online stores, just for shopping through Ebates.
Modnique- A Daily Deal site, that has different deals from well-known named products and stores that are discounted up to 90% off regular retail. You'll find stores like Reebok, Cuisineart, Disney, Gap, Limited, ect.. on here offering unbelievable deals. Plus you will receive a one time $5 credit that is good towards your first purchase.
Groupon- A Daily Deal site, that offers unbelievable discounts on local area businesses and online businesses, as well. You will find deals that are marked down by up to as much as 90%. Businesses include everything from restaurants, local gyms, spas, hair treatments, movie tickets, and on and on the list goes. The trick is that so many people have to be willing to purchase the deal before it is considered to 'Be On'. But, the minimum number of people usually purchase the deals.
EverSave- A Daily Deal site, very similar to Groupon. However, you will receive a one time $5 credit for signing up that you can use towards your first purchase. This site works the same as Groupon. Once the minimun number of participants purchase the deal, it will then be considered 'Unlocked'.
LivingSocial- A Daily Deal site, similar to Groupon and Eversave. A minimum number of participants must be willing to purchase the deal before it is available.
Enjoy! And please should you have any questions feel free to contact me at any time. I am here to help you save, and teach you how to find the best savings possible!
