1. Be sure to make your grocery list first.
2. Once you list is made of all the items you are in need of, go through the weekly ad - GO HERE - and match up all the items you need with all those that are on sale this week with the corresponding coupons.
3. Now pick out 1-5 items that may or may NOT be on your needs list, but items that you will or do use, that are stockpile worthy. Add those items to your list (if they aren't already), with the corresponding coupons.
