- Go to Souped-Up Suppers
- At the very bottom (in small, small letters) click on "Free Code Play"
- Enter the code that is provided and your email address
- In the "Grocer name" box, type the name of your local grocery store(s) - when you start typing a drop down menu appears. The only store for me that I could find was "Super Target".
- Choose your store and click on "Check Your Code" (you will either win a cart full of groceries or a -$.50/1 coupon).
- On the last page, fill out all require fields, and you will be prompted to print your coupon

The coupon will state that it is only valid at the store of your choosing.
